The Animals & Society Institute (ASI) is a nonprofit human-animal relationship think tank that is devoted to advancing human knowledge to improve animal lives. We are dedicated to improving the lives of animals and people through research and analysis that leads to more humane and compassionate communities.

We believe our programs and research will promote the long-term societal changes needed to realize our vision which is to live in a compassionate world where animals flourish.
